In 2011 the EHRC in Scotland published the results of their assesment of Scottish Government practice in Equality Impact Assessment. The assessment highlights areas of good practice and areas for improvement. Similarly the EHRC has also published an assessment of the Coaltion Governments first spending review making recommendations which are similar to those in the Scottish assessment in terms of data and analysis.
